I have SUCH a hard time when I am at work not mindlessly snacking and eating junk. We have a "candy drawer" at work and lately it is always full and I can't help but find myself constantly sneaking in there. I try to eat gum and drink water to stay away but I get so busy that I just find myself snacking. It is SO discouraging!
