It's time... I'm messing up 2 years worth of hard work and suffering...

Day 1
212.7 lb Lost so far: 91.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just remember why you started in the first place, where you want to be. What that would feel like when you get there, what you'll be able to do, the health gains and quality of life. In the end it is worth it. It's OK for the immediate to sometimes cloud our judgement. This is a slow play, just steer back on course. You can do it. You've come such a long way. Don't be to hard on yourself, food can be a nice escape, but try and find other sources of comfort. Just stop for a moment and think about what you are feeling and feel it out. Talk to someone about it. Sometimes it gets distorted bouncing around in our heads. <3 Vasbyt.
