Still chugging along. Set a new goal for myself after gaining again. My weight is still pretty stable. I need to log food, but I really don't like fat secrets meal logging. I have been trying out Noom on my phone, which goes more by portion size and the type of food instead of having to enter each individual food item.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
