So long 260's, see ya never!

Today marks the one month mark since I quit my birth control and started on this journey. I am 7.6 pounds down! I am also at the weight of my first weigh-in of 2016, meaning I'm on track to end the year lower than I started, something that hasn't happened in a looong time.

Weight has been slow moving the last couple of weeks but I've allowed treats, slacked on my water and have had some digestive issues. Tomorrow is my last "food function" until nearly Thanksgiving so full speed ahead. My muffin top seems a little squishy and to hang over less if that makes sense.

Does anyone have any fiber supplements they'd recommend? I've visited the aisle many times and am ready to take the plunge for awhile until I get regular.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yippee! It feels so good to see that middle number change! Dropping down into that next decade is exciting! Way to go.

A nice feeling when you can wave goodbye to one of the 10's and know you are on your way to the next breakthrough! As for fiber the TV commercial for Metamucil is right it is good fiber, keeps you regular and aids in weight loss. Get the sugar free. I find the mixed berry is best and I use it once a day as it is a bit pricy so see if you can find a generic brand they all work the same because they are all psyllium fiber.

Thank you Rhon and Joe :) Took some MiraFiber last night and can already see a difference. Going to continue a low dose for now.
