Day 2 - I am cooking onboard right now - following diet to the letter - can't believe how many times I stopped myself in the middle of a nibble!!! Didn't even realize i was doing it!!
172.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
