Beautiful frosty Monday! Did well this weekend; I'm not doing the super-diligent focus all my energy on eating plan right now, but I am still eating less than I am burning, still working out, etc. Went to a party on Saturday night and did really well! I ate something before I went and I brought some sugarless cookies to share, so it worked out fine.

Got into a pair of jeans that my friend gave to me this summer; when I saw them I thought "I'll NEVER get into those", but I did! It felt great!

Blessings all - I know this is a difficult time to restrict what you eat, but when New Year's Day arrives you will be SO glad that you kept your eating under control during this season!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your post is much appreciated. There was a church function last night that was labelled as a dessert and I just plain didn't go. Its nice to see that there is hope that maybe the next one it is possible to attend.
