Don't give up! You're caloric intake looks spot on, and what you are eating seems healthy enough. The only thing I saw that may be holding you back is inactivity. Even a brisk walk for 30 to 60 minutes 3 times a week will help you break through those last 20 lbs. Nobody likes the dreaded "E" word, but exercise is as vital a part of dieting as what you eat. You can do it, you're doing great!

You did not gain the weight overnight so you will not lose the weight overnight. Just think, you could have stayed the same or even gained weight if you were not making better choices. Furthermore, be persistant in your goals, it seems like your body rebels over loosing weight, so it is hard and a lot of people give up when they are on the verge of making a difference. So show your body who is the boss and your body will follow the example you are providing. Healthy food, healthy body...Best of luck and please continue on your Journey.

Thank you guys so much for the support! I am trying to edit my weight history on this site but I am running into some trouble correcting it..... but basically I was at 130lbs in May and I started bingeing as a coping mechanism and I put on 26lbs within a few months! I joined weight watchers 4 months ago and have been back to eating healthy and following the plan since those 4 months and all I've lost is only 6lbs in that large amount of time! I have lost a few inches but still, I'd just like to see the numbers on the scale go down for some motivation instead of discouragement...
