Going to try hard from now on to eat healthy and exercise. My problem is I keep eating out at fast foods places. I will try to cook at home more often.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

It helps me to pre-cook some yummy things to heat and eat at home, like tasty grilled chicken or egg and veg frittatas. Then when I'm out I splurge on a nice, tall coffee, but only eat when I get home.
