went to our local Downtown Girls Night Out yesterday - LOTS of walking, shopping...friends...had a very fun time...took a teensy sip of a Banana Daquiri - yuk lol (I like Bananas, but not things flavored with Banana), and a couple small sips of something else with Rum and Lemonade (drink specials from the local bars along the way) had a couple chips with refried beans...otherwise, I had cheese cubes and my crackers with me, and my water...I forgot to set my pedometer, but I know I was WAY up there in steps - we were walking and shopping from 3pm till about 8...in the rain no less lol
