228...WOW!!!...being slightly laid up and unable to have complete workouts really do affect me...I was a good boy during the Packers game...GO PACK!!!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
