had an absolutely amazing day. Did a fast and didnt eat till after noon and didnt even feel hungry. Then I made what Im calling a tuna "ceviche" that I ate with cucumber instead of crackers and for dinner dh fried some fish and i made a thai curry "slaw" with some cabbage that I stir fried in the wok and then used some jicama "tortillas" (pre made at my store) and had fish "tacos". Unbelievably good. Got my legs work out in and Im 4 for 4 gym wise. Ive only missed one dose of supplements (Tuesday bc I got called into work early)this week. My mojo is on its way back.. slowly but surely. I dont think Im oitta the woods yet and still expect some hard days ahead, but hey.. one day at a time. QUESTION for the group.. has any one heard of Ketopia products and have you tried them ? They have this "reset" program and supposedly you get in ketosis in one day.. I thinking about just the shakes (cheaper of the packages) to kind help reset.. BUT I want to actually find some one whose tried it bc I never believe anything on the interwebs these days and prefer to do my homework.. Used my day off to stock up at the store and meal prep for tomorrow and Saturday.. I just keep imagining myself where I want to be in 30 days..... Cheers my fit family xoxo
