Yesterday was a great day. I'm a little sore from working out this morning, and I have a lot to do at the Fire Station tonight so I will not be working out. But I'm very happy where my weight is at this morning.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
