Filmed footage for my first Youtube video at the gym last night. Should be posted by the end of the week. Dynamic upper push day: pause rep bench, close grip bench, incline press, triceps press-downs, and incline dumbbell flyes with Thompson fatbells.

Good session, finally getting my strength back after dropping 20 lbs.

weight is sitting between 175-178, not too worried about getting pudgy for winter; it makes me strong, and warm.
