Wooo out of the 80s! I had a full body scan showing the muscle content, fat content etc. It was scary but a good insight. Nutrition plan in place, and time to get really serious!
176.1 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.1 lb a week

Hi Fryxx! I am about to go to do a full body scan too! I think it will be a good starting point to see where I am at regarding fat percentage. I weighed in at 93 kgs today. I will repeat a full body scan in about 3 months to see the changes :)

It is very confronting but a good way to see where you are at! It's so hard with the scales as it doesn't reflect muscle gain and can be so upsetting. The scan was very scary psychologically (super easy to do though!). I am going back in 8 weeks to see what has changed and hopefully see some improvement! Good luck Angelica! :)

Yep - just as I imagined it... 52% body fat for me. Muscle mass is good, but will have to start walking and some free weights and possibly even pilates to help me maintain the muscle mass. Watch this space.

Yep! I have 44% body fat to work on haha. Can't wait to work my butt off and see the results of the next scan! Keep in touch and let me know how you go! I need all the support I can get haha :)

Wow - You have come such a long way! I am so in awe of your weight loss. You are nearly there! I hope that by the time I get to 80 kgs I will also be around 44% body fat. I know I will get there - eventually. We can support each other!
