So, I'm goin' for one meal a day with two meal replacement smoothies until I lose alot of weight, then just "eat small" and healthy. I'm in the middle of moving...so alot of stress, and have to use all my physical energy to do THAT.....But after move...beginning next week...I'm swimmin' every day!!!
