I'm scared to believe I actually lost this much weight in a week. I have eaten really well and made my steps almost every day. Decided to cut out dairy everywhere I can. It is helping my belly not be as blah.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't be scared. ;-) Do you feel good? You aren't making yourself sick or anything, or starving yourself? I've lost 6 this week and I feel great!! I know that it's only because I "restarted" my diet, but it sure would be nice if I could do this for 4 weeks at 6 pounds each! LOL! Good Luck!

I have just been making sure my exercise output is greater than my input of food.
