Gosh, 3 days since I have been here! Well, I did go workout on Tuesday, not too bad, and I felt great after. I am working with a trainer who is also coaching what I eat, so I have carb and protein goals that I am still working on, although I do manage to stay in range with the calories.
This week the calories ended up low, since I did nothing Wednesday and Thursday and felt sick so didn't bother to eat - literally stayed in bed for two days feeling stuffed up and head-achy.
Working out tonight with the trainer, and then will take two Bodypump classes over the weekend, so I am planning what to eat so I don't overdo the fat content of meals. Also bumping the water intake back up to 80-90 ounces a day, since I think that makes a big difference.
