going on a cruise day after tomorrow - woo-hoo! I think I can afford to gain a couple of pounds - but I can't let it lead to the dreaded slippery slope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Thank you, all! Yes, we had a great time. We cruised to Mexico (was supposed to be Bahamas but Matthew blew us off course). I am so proud of myself. I kept up my exercise routine every morning. I enjoyed the endless amounts of food and gained a couple of pounds, but I'm back on track. Now, if I can only maintain through the cold months - these upcoming months are my health's nemesis.
