TGIF!
Not much to report this morning. I woke at midnight not feeling well, so slept on the sofa. Got up with the birds at 4:30 and started cleaning the kitchen. I haven't worked out yet, but will later this afternoon.
I plan to have a honeycrisp apple for breakfast and kale salad with veggie nuggets for lunch. I'm not skipping meals, but am sticking with an 8 hour eating window daily.
I'm very happy with the changes in my body so far. The turning point for me was developing a habit of exercising at least 6 days per week. I'm losing inches and becoming a lot more toned :)
