Morning all!
Kind of fell off the wagon on logging foods the last week or two. I seem to be still doing well with calories and the IF is a bit of a life saver on not eating too much in a day. Still trying not to stress eat and doing ok with that. I completed my stairway renovation this week and it looks great! That was a pretty big mood booster.
