didn't see that coming!
137.1 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I Know exactly what you mean. No easy answer sometimes. I'm such a whimp about it so now I only weigh myself after about 6 weeks. Then I can see a better loss and I feel more motivated. I do know that this is bit easy. Keep going - FOR YOU
