218.2...phhht

living the high life and paying the price, so much for trying to branch out to something other than chicken, fish, broccoli and cauliflower (mainly), soymilk, protein powder, cheese,eggs,low carb meuller diabetic bread (2 slices has the carbs of 1/2 a single white bread), romain lettuce, tomato, cantaloupe,whats left after I give the bird his piece of apple (about 3/4 for me) and a handful of nuts(pumkin or almond)...all assembled in as many different ways/combo's as I can think of to get three meals, stay in my carb limits and not go around feeling like a hungry great white...

...pity, goodbye CJ's "low carb" (turkey club, santa fe turkey) menu, goodbye my once a week moose breakfast (at least 1/2 of it, back to sneaking in my own bread instead of their silver dollar size biscuit).

a moment of silence for the dearly departed....<burp>
218.2 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Mourning the loss of good friends is hard. LOL. If you're gonna do it, do it all the way.

JERRY I been away for a while and just got back...... how is the foot surgery/???...my DD that had hers done is good to go back to work on monday... do hope you are coming along good with that.. as to the diet..... well.... it is something we just have to ..........KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON.... day in and day out.. I can not let up at all or i have to do things all over again... good luck buddy.. hope things are good for you at this time

LOOKING AT NEXT SPRING FOR KNEE, ACHILLES WENT WELL UT AS SOON AS THAT TENTION WAS REOVED I DISCOVERED LITTLE TO NO STRENGTH IN THAT FOOT SO DOC IS SETTING ME UP WITH THERAPY.
