Have not been sticking to any diet, and the results show my weight gain. Who has the best diet and weight loss plan they can share with me?
241.2 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 108.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I dropped the carbs a bit and increased the protien. For me it stopped being hungry.😊😊

There's a bit to consider. Protein,fats,carbs. Each and everyone is different. How active, sedentary, lifestyle etc but like what Jane mentioned often helps. I follow that approach for now and seems to be working.. My main protein sources are eggs,poultry,tuna. I've cut down on the bread and white carbs, but replaced with more veges and fruits. Hope you find what works for you, Good luck :)

I agree with Jane and On2it, adding lean protein at each meal and eating smaller but frequent meals has worked for me. Also bulking up my meals with big salads. I lost 10kg since Feb...good luck mate!! Xx

I know this sounds weird but i just eat 7,500 per day...kilo joules.....and yes sometimes it does include mini mars bars!! i just keep a post it note on bench and add things up as the day goes along and don't go over this amount....have taken half my weight loss goal off since August.....5 kilo...not too bad considering i have a spinal issue and can't run jump walk long distances etc!!

I agree with Josh, Jane and Micky. Lower your carbs, up your fat and add in some protein. Drop sugar and any starchy carbs.
