Back into ketosis after my pizza splurge and the water weight seems to be gone as well. I think I have figured out the best way to take my diet medication. I tried taking it about 3pm yesterday because it seems to wear off in the afternoon or early evening if I take it in the morning. Then I feel very sluggish and ravenous when I get home from work. All I want to do is eat everything and go to sleep. Last night, when I got home, I cleaned the downstairs and ate a boiled egg and a Blue Bunny ice cream bar. Had no trouble going to sleep either and that was a concern. I also found that an iced coffee with sugar free syrup helps combat the horrible constipation (sorry for the TMI) that is a side effect of the pill. Hopefully I will have lost enough this month to get a refill. I can only take it for three months and I want to get the most out of it.
