Wow another good weigh in, I'm very pleased. I guess the 900 calories limit during the week is paying off. Until I plateau again and need to change things up I'll stick with this.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
