I have really slipped off track and have succumbed to too many sweet temptations....I saw an article in W/W suggestion an anchor idea ...a sort of weight loss mantra that would get your mind back in the right place to stand up to temptation....So I have two pictures in mind of myself at the desired weight...the mantra will be "discipline stays small" ...may sound silly but I think it might work...

I have read that if you take 10 minutes a day and visualize yourself at your goal weight that you will have more motivation to achieve your goal. I just started this yesterday, and it said that it will take about 2 weeks before it really works but visualization is an awesome motivational tool.

I like the idea of visualizing oneself as what we want to look like...(our OLD self) I'm going to try this..will let you know how I feel in a few weeks.
