1st day of being on this website, on day 20 of Fit Diet. Which is not listed on this site. Calling it primal with ketogenic aspects. Not that my body has a clue about being in the ketogenic state.
Onwards and downwards on the scale. Feel pretty good really because I'm not fighting myself as much. It's becoming a part of ordinary life.
