Good morning buddies!
Happy hump day :) It's another chilly morning, and just more motivation for me to fit into the fall clothes in my closet that haven't been worn.
I did a cardio video with hand weights this morning, along with 50 jumping jacks and 20 squats.
I'm bringing kale salad for lunch, and apples for snacking. I'll probably have a Boca vegan patty for lunch, too. I've been far under my calorie goal for a week and have noticed some definite body changes, even though the scale doesn't show it as much :)
