If you like curry I can recommend M and S Count On Us Chicken Jalfrezi. Really filling, tasty and not a lot of calories. Oh and their chicken pakoras as a starter.

In Spain for the next few months, Bunty. I like some of the Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself curries when in the UK, but don't eat them too often as those ready meals tend to be a bit low on protein and high on carbs for my current needs. But thanks for the suggestion 😀
