2396 kcal Fat: 96.68g | Prot: 175.94g | Carb: 226.98g.   Breakfast: eb egg, quaker oats, blackberries, raspberries, 2% milk, soy slender, maple grove sugar free, Omega 3 Fish Oil, trutein. Lunch: tomato, meijer cottage cheese, cocoa roast almonds, jack link's beef jerky, broccoli, eb egg. Dinner: eb egg, carrot, meijer low fat cottage cheese, Select Harvest Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla Soup. Snacks/Other: ben & jerry's banana split, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Delicious Strawberry, Cottage Cheese, jif, 2% milk, cocoa roast almonds, gnu bar. more...
