This was the stupidest eating day I've had in a while. What a great example of what happens when you don't actually ever have time for a real meal. I have to say: I'm actually proud of myself. I could have done a lot worse with two Luna Bar and milk meals, fruit, cheese, almonds, etc. But I am going to do better tomorrow. This was ridiculous today.
