Made up a recipe today that I added barley to. I really like barley. It was very added sodium, but there was plenty anyway :( I have cut my sodium out so well that I really notice when it's present.

I was happy with the weigh in today...3 pounds in a week is good. Wish it could be faster...but I also know steady is better :)

Get to eat with the family tonight...we're having chicken breast with squash and cauliflower...yum! Tacos tomorrow will make me use my noodle how to join in...
