no loss no gain, ok to maintain is my new motto LOL .. I happy to be maintaining and have slowly been working my way back. Each day getting better and better. Was under the weather last week and I want to say it was partial atkins flu but then it prolly really as allergies and cedar fever ( i get every year around this time). Anyhoo goals for today.
1. get my 80oz of water in
2. log
3. 30 min on the treadmill
Thats all i want to accomplish today. This is my last week of "gym" break. I needed and took the whole month of September off and let me tell you, I feel great. The rest has done wonders. I ready to hit it hard in October again and plan to use this week to work my way up starting with waking up early every day. Have a great day every one !
190.0 lb Lost so far: 116.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im doing good Gwen, I just needed a break and some down time to regroup. Im looking forward to get back into the swing of things and have been working up towards it..Im mostly back to low carb with the exception of some fruits and veggies ive been enjoying and the occasional cheat, mainly on Saturdays. Im ready to get back to work soon.. This is my last week "off' LOL

I like that mantra! My daughter made up this one "takin' your time ain't no crime!" Of course she was only 8 and said that in response to my hassling her to get a move on but I think it applies to weight loss too! 😀
