I am not hungry but wanting to go and get something to eat as am not getting supported at work at the moment. I am a recruitment consultant and the we have just brought two cities together that our branch is now looking after so we all have lots to do… but as usual its all about the temporary controller and everybody supporting her. I never really get the support and am just left to it. Normally this is fine but when I do ask for help its always a no as everybody is too busy supporting the temp controller. Its really getting me down. And the temp controller keeps on expecting the support even from me ..so is asking me to help her with her things…I already have stuff to do and am also really busy and am by myself.. this is a prime example of emotional eating a quick fix to make me happy for a minute or 2. But am going to stay away from the kitchen .. only an hour and a half until lunch
