Astonishing enough was the fact that I still loss a pound this week even though I was surrounded by so much good food at Thanksgiving. I noticed that I approach food differently, which caused me to make healthier food choices. WooHoo...bring on Christmas dinner, I definitley can still enjoy the holiday meals, while remaining on my diet.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! It is a good feeling, isn't it? Knowing that you can get through the holidays, enjoy yourself and yet not over-do. I completely agree with you about your attitude toward food; it makes a huge difference!
