back to moderate walking..did 3.1 on Tuesday and Wednesday...ankle not a happy ankle...did stretching exercises yesterday with band...walking 3.1 today. May walk 5K on Sunday. Iffy.

I know how bad it is when you want to get moving but one part of your body won't cooperate. Hope your ankle feels better soon.

Take it slow. Focus on healing over distance.

Don't push yourself so much you re-injure your ankle. Better to take it a little slower and let it heal, otherwise you may find you continue to have problems for a long time.
