I couldn't believe this when I got on the scale. I weigh in at Publix. I got off the scale and stepped back on and was like HOLY CRAP!!!

192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb. Still to go: 66.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 5.6 lb a week

Great job! Consider too that you are probably a little lighter than the scale showed because you were fully dressed (well, I assume you were since you were at Publix!! lol)
