Yay! Down again. Hopefully I can stay on this downward path. My clothes are starting to get loose, the belt that I could hardly wear is now big, I feeling a lot better!
253.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good work Lindart. Never get rid of it. Keep the reminder but never go back. I have an old belt rolled up over my laundry room that is ridiculously long with 3 extra holes punched in it! It's a kind of trophy like the carcass of a dragon I slayed!
