Last night I committed to a 12 month transformation program to adjust my mindset, nutrition, relationship with food, and intensive fitness program. So motivated and I finally feel like I have the people around me to motive and push me, even when I don't feel like it. I know it will be hard work but I am so excited to see where I am in 12 months time. Bring it on!
