Decided to switch my diet to 21 day fix....not loving it. I am not a big veggie eater. I do like vegetables, just not at such a large consumption. Don't know how long I'll last. I guess I just feel like dieting isn't for me. I've done it my whole life and am just sick of it!

Would it help to sit down and write out a menu for the next several weeks so you can put in some of the "good things" (whatever kinds of fat/protein you like) to balance the veggies. And change up the different kinds of vegetables so you don't get bored with the program. Whatever you do, don't give up, keep trying different things till you find what you can live with.

Thank you! I did a lot of planning and researching the last couple of weeks and was already struggling by lunch. I am one of those that starts a program and sticks with it, but I am not so sure with this one. Gotta find a way to deal with it
