Need to REFOCUS! Two weeks of feeling sorry for myself has the scale going in the wrong direction. Back on the wagon and back in the gym for me!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
