Had a bit of a diet disaster yesterday, and today is not going to be any better.
A little story from yesterday. My mother-in-law had an appointment in the small town near the village in which she lives. While we were taking her out to the car my wife said to her, "Have you not considered getting a walking stick, to help you get about?". Her reply was, "I was hoping to put it off a bit longer.".
She will be 92 in November!!!

That’s an excellent age and with that kind of resolve she should breeze it to a hundred or beyond.
