A strange weight gain today - bringing me up above 85 again (actually 85.3 kgs). I'm not sure why this is - I stayed within my RDI and generally did good. I did have cookies late in the evening, but not more than allowed and surely not so much that it would impact anything.

That's okay. It'll come off again. My fat percentage is lower again, so it's not an actual fat gain.

Another short journal today - we have guests and we're spending time doing other things than being online. I promise, there will be a better and longer journal entry tomorrow. :)

Thank you for posting your "gain." It is nice to know that other folks have unexpected and unexplained scale fluctuations like I do. You have contributed to my sanity today!! YAY!!!! So even short and sweet journal entries have merit!!! Enjoy your day with your friends ... as always ... life is good!!!

Moose, you will notice that NO MATTER what I lose/gain in a day, I WILL report it here. I think it's a great way to stay on top of things, and a great place to cheer when you're doing good and whine when you're not. :)

YAY Keld!!! You are now my daily buddy!!! I don't record daily gains/losses on fatsecret but I do keep a written journal at home and usually report it on my journal. It really helps me to read your progress ... normalizes those dag nab fluctuations!!

@Sazy - Let me see what I can come up with for you - it's been AGES since I set mine up. Give me time to think. :) @Moose - I am happy to be your daily buddy. I think when you do systems like the Indulgence Diet, it's important to understand the fluctuations, or you'll likely go nuts. :) Either that or COMPLETELY ignore the scale and only weigh in once per week or so (something I could never do - I'm too obsessed with understanding how things work...).
