You can do it.I started at the same weight.Be patient and consistent and dont think of it as a diet.Just your new way of eating where you choose to avoid processed carbs and added sugars to start with.It really helped me to log all my food in the food diary.Also check your portions.Wishing you the best in getting healthy!

Small steps lead to big improvements. Don't be discouraged, but focus on one day at a time. If you only had today, could you get through it, eating better, making better food choices, taking care of yourself? That's how I have to focus.
