So started this way of eating just a few days ago. Got inspired and hope this works out. Trying new things. I have tried diets and they don't work for me now...even if they work for me 15 years ago. Ever since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis my weight fluctuates without reason and any attempts to lower my weight has failed miserably...

Personally, I hope this way of eating helps my health, and hopefully it might effect my weight.
