After countless hours of research on Veganism I took the leap back in June 15th and have been shedding pounds like crazy. It's sad even the professionals get it wrong saying that it's unhealthy, you can't get enough protein, not enough energy etc. etc. and I feel better than ever and have not lost any strength. My body is just comforming/coming down to it's natural weight...man I wish I did this years ago...
