Yesterday must have been scale issues. Today feels more like it. I've lost 3 pounds in my first week of no wheat no sugar. Woohoo.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tell us when your wheat belly deflates. That's what I would like for myself. And I saw it happen last time a truly gave up sugar!! Good job - you're inspiring. ☺

My wheat belly has not deflated yet, but it was pretty big. I didn't measure it at the start but maybe should have. I'lllet you know when my new 12s dream pants fit.
