I had a great Thanksgiving and ate on plan by making two side dishes and dessert from this site. I basically didn't eat until dinner but anything munching I did I put under dinner for my food diary. I stayed right where I should for my carbs :D Calories are a little over but mine are usually under so I don't really care too much on that part. Also I'm not weighing in today but yesterday I had went back up to 185 and AFTER Thanksgiving eating down to 184.4, I count that as a win in many ways :D

Now don't faint but my 4 year old picky eater who won't eat any of my low-carb veggie concoctions ate both the cauliflower au gratin and the green beans alfredo!!

The best part of the whole day was that my boyfriend was with me and his sister came down with her boyfriend too and everyone said they enjoyed the food that "I" prepared :D I am so proud of myself for being able to stick to my WOE yesterday, now let's hope I can do the same for Christmas :)

Such an amazing day and I am truly grateful for the wonderful friend's I have on here that have taught me so much and supported me through everything especially when I am very whining lol.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving *HUGS* to all!!!

I am also very grateful for my boyfriend and his family who claim me as part of theirs.

I am grateful for my family even though I don't see much of them but if it wasn't for all the influence they have put on my life I wouldn't have become the person I am today.

Most of all of course I am grateful for my children, they are my life.

Usually we have dinner around 2 so that we don't eat a lot very late but we ended up eating closer to 4 so the munching I did was a little bit of the celery I filled and some deviled eggs while I waited for my boyfriend to show up and the sides to bake. It was definitely a good day :) I am quite proud that I was able to stay low-carb especially since this was the first year of this new lifestyle for me.
