You can do it - just stay on the plan! Slow and steady wins the race. Many people here give up - then some go to WW - they might get coaxed over there by someone. But it is SO MUCH easier to lose on Atkins as calories aren't so restricted and you're not eating sugar, which makes lots of us go into cravings... This diet has been proven in studies to be the one with the best results, I heard it last year on the news. And I have lost a lot doing it and kept it off, so I'm proof - gained a bit back last year but it will be gone hopefully in a few months.... Glenn
