Meal prep Sunday. Im making a pork stew with chile ancho (my ex husband's grandmothers recipe). DH has been asking for it. And some chicken breast with a Mediterranean "salsa" with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato and roasted red pepper and other stuffs. And Ive really been into blue cheese this week so Imma copy a salad we had at the christmas party. DH and I went to the movies last night and I survived. I did have one to many lone stars but date night is only once ever two weeks so Ill make it up this week. Im excited for this week and really really want to dig into the cardio hard core this week . I got to get my mojo back. The bia at work that gives me a hard time was actually super duper nice to me on Friday and helpful and I think she is warming up to me. It could also be Im not making as many mistakes. We had a pep talk from the big cheese on Friday and I have new sense of purpose at work and more motivation. I dont regret going to work this week and I had been for a while there. Im really feeling good about myself and when that happens, I take way better care of myself. Posting my goals today bc tomorrow will be a busy day.
1. Wake up early 30-45 min HITT before work. Make working out a priority again
2. Water water water
3. Plan ahead. Take snacks and stay out of the kitchen at work
4. Log log log and journal and log. Take time out do this small task every day
5. Limit the eating out and red bulls.. that slows me down when it comes to weight loss
6. Remember to love myself. Not be so hard on myself. To accept defeat with grace and pick myself back up and be the bad a$$ that I know I can be.

thanks HCB, I went thru a real rough patch and the change from working at home to the office was really really hard on me and my family bc we had the same routine for the last 4 yrs and the wench at work was not making it any easier BUT I decided that I was gonna dig in and work harder. I just needed to start believing in myself some more.
